Just wondering if there's any place on the wiki that says what the requirements are for each skill for each class, I'm wondering if I need to level up my elemental blasts for my psy fighters before they can learn the AOE ones, or if it's just something that becomes available at a higher psy power level.
I don't think the wiki is as informative about level-up requirements in TPA2 as it is about TRPG:SoG. My best guess for your specific question would be that you need both a certain Psy Power and a certain level of elemental blast [I'd guess 2 or 3?] to unlock AOE attacks.
