Craig has introduced two new playable characters: Qudssi and Naj. Here is the fourm where you suggest what they are (Race) and they are going be (Class).
Naj: It sounds like a Shadowling or Spriggat name. Personally I think it is going to be a Shadowling with some sort of different ability: I.E: (Niven). The Spriggat could eitehr be a black or yellow/light spriggat.
Qudssi: I think it is going to be either a Gelf (They can have names) or some sort of Golem. The Gelf having animals and other things. The Golem would be like Flint mixed maybe with Dorgon.
I'm pretty sure that the Spriggat is a Red. I think. And I hope that Qudssi is a Gelf.
Two red spriggats? Buggy, La'man is the supposed Red Spriggat.
Ohhh... I hadn't heard that the name was announced. Sorry. Maybe Naj is a new race/class that we havn't seen yet.
New Race you say? Well their is always Tra.... never mind. BIG UPDATE: Qudssi in Arabic means: Holy/Sacred
LIGHT SPRIGGAT POSSIBLY!?!?!?!
Holy: A renegade Cult priest who has realized that what they were doing is wrong.
Thoughts?
Update: Oops, it was sacred, it looked like "scared," so I made a mistake there, thanks APOC! :)
I think you mean Sacred.
I moved this to TSoG, since it doesn't belong to the wish list.
Any one of these names (Qudssi, Naj, La'Man, and Rajav) could be, perhaps, more fitting for the Spearman (judging only for the way they sound). Perhaps one or two of those are playable only in a couple of battles like "protect Gen. Darkeye". I recall two twins appearing during the Gelf sidequest and fighting along with us, so that might be another possibility, provided that sidequest is implemented.
I google them and none of those popped up as a philosopher, so they don't seem red spriggat names. Qudssi may be the closest one due to his translation.
If the Gelf has a name, perhaps Naj is the one I would see as the fittest...
Where did these names come from?
I thought Rajav was the Spearman. Or is it not?

QuoteWhat characters are you planning on making in TSOG?
Playable ones, other than the ones you've seen? Qudssi, Naj, La'Man, and Rajav. ;)
I also thought that Rajav was the Spearman, but, then again, I thought I could be wrong about it.

Did you just make up names or did you actually find it from a source?
I made a mistake within my source code, thank you for finding that.
When I clicked it before, it was pulling up something weird. I just thought it was my computer though. But who could they be?
He already did. It was from Ask the Developer.

I would love to see a dragon race in the game.
Insee the Spriggats as the kind if Dragons of Cera Bella. They breathe fire, ice, and shadow.
Well, Dragons are too cliché for the Telepath universe! I would like to see something original in the game. Maybe a (magical) chicken!
Buh'baque, the Ravinale Chicken?

Buh'baque, the Ravinale Chicken?
I think that's perfect, myself. No, seriously, it's really good.
lol you should definately do that. Make it so that if you click it enough times it turns into a super chicken and hurts you. Also in the great forest put a bunny and if you click it enough times it bites you :P and in lake alto put a shadow in the lake and if you click THAT enough times a fish jumps out at you and hurts you. Finally, put a rock on a ledge in the deeper downs (when/if it becomes a walkable area) and if you click that enough times it falls down and hits you (or falls down and opens a secret passage)

How about the fish is a Lake Monster, and if you click it enough, you'd get into a bonus battle and receive an item for a side quest, and the chicken turns into a Super Chicken and is a bonus battle.
Ultra tough? Grilled or crispy? Would you like fries with that? And how about a shake? Ok. You grand total is $15.54. Thank you and come again.
That should be some of the dialog for the Ultra chicken. And it should totally be someone you can recruit for 1554 gold coins as a bonus character available only in a Telepath: Servants of God Premium. And it's name should be Carl, the oddly foreign chicken from who knows where. Maybe Carl the Chicken should be included in the list of names to discuss.
if it's gonna be in it's name has to be buh'baque. How about you click the animals enough times and then eventually they get fed up with a "hit and run" that they fight you.
A bug with supernatural brain powers letting him think like a human?
No Dayn, it is a (Magical) Chicken!
The Twitter (https://twitter.com/sinisterdesign) says, "New dialog for Qudssi added to game. New shadowling house stairwell graphic in-game." From that, I assume that Qudssi will be from Somnus.
I don't think it should be a chicken but some sort of bird that has a bald head.
Why do you think that Panzer, if I may ask. I personally think that a chicken would be perfect as no one would suspect that it is powerful. Also who doesn't want have some sort o chicken in the game?
im2smart4u: the two could be completely unrelated.

im2smart4u: the two could be completely unrelated.
That is true, but it would be more productive to work on two related things at the same time, then two completely diffrent things. I think it is more likely that Criag took the smarter approach.

I think only he can tell us whether the things he was working on were related.
Their not related im2smart4u, I just asked him.

Oh well. This topic is all speculation and speculation is wrong alot of the time.
Is this a bug? What does it mean? Will will we have two swordsmen like in TRPG2?

Qudssi is supposed to be a spearman (I think)
Also, where do you get La'Man
Never Mind.
I can't view the image im2smart4u loaded; is anyone else having problems with it, or is it just my computer?
I can't view it either.
What happened to Rajav?
Qudssi-former member of the Ravinale Guard, swordsman. He is located in the Ravinale Market. If you do something immoral, he will leave the Resistance.
Rajav-Spirit who fancies himself a bit of a ladies man.
La'man-Frost spriggat
Naj-Red Spriggat
