I said "No," because there is virtually no evidence that they could be related other than the fact that they are Shadowlings.

I don't recall Craig saying that they're relatives, so I voted "no". (But it's possible that he mentioned it while I was away.)

The wiki says that Malis is related to Darkling and Shadowboxer, though I have no clue where that little bit of information came from.

I'm guessing someone made the assumption and just edited it in.

That is possible, but it's also possible that a long time ago, it was mentioned. Where did the assumption come from if it wasn't said somewhere? I don't see why someone would make that assumption if Craig didn't mention it.
Or, of course, you could be right.

Oh dear oh dear! I edited the wiki page to say that! I'm very sorry and I'll change it back now.

I did recall Craig mentioning it some time ago.

So, Craig never said that Malis is related to anyone (http://sinisterdesign.net/forum/index.php?topic=31.msg34537#msg34537) (or at least he doesn't remember it).

So, we can speculate! :)

I'll go back to my theory that Malis could be a relative of Thallion (http://telepath.wikia.com/wiki/Thallion), the gem merchant, because she is also a skilled bargainer.

Of course it's still possible that she's related to Shadowboxer and Darkling. Or even that she's not related to anyone we know.

Note that Craig isn't saying that Malis isn't related to Shadowboxer and Darkling. He's just saying that he never said such a thing.
