Jack's Snake Eyes tend to vary too much, sometimes its 40+ and sometimes 20+.

On my party Helena is finisher on brutal at Lake Alto when others took enemies HP down enough so Whirlwind killed enemies around her (2-3 enemies) and at Academy-battle after party gets to advance, never used Fury since either no time to use it (enemy could have killed Helena on next round) or enemy's hp was low enough to kill with normal attack.

I've hired Helena and Flint always but rarely used Flint and Helena is good at battle against Cerzak's minions and at battles against Academy/Shadowlings

Anya and Helena were put on the Hero's team, while the Hero's team is part of the Shadowling Empire's Military.

Nope, all the dialogue does not imply the Hero to be of either gender.

Still I say Hero is male since I really doubt Shadowlings would have taken female to their army.

You can't have more than 1 in hand at same time.

If you are fighting against the Academy it is assumed the Queen revives all your teammates. You can't have dead team mates. Except maybe if Guy or Anya are dead before they leave you. I haven't tested that.

So I do suicide-mission against Academy and only main survives but all get revived afterwards. Nice.

Yes, but I am already on my third new game +, so I really don't feel like starting over again.
As I said, I'm not complaining, I just wondered why this was occurring.

Its some kind of glitch. There is no both Helena and Flint dead ending. I think if they are both dead it will say Helena lived while Flint died.

1 of my tests against Academy only main survived and all companions were killed (so those who stayed alive were Dorgon, Flint and some others) incl. Helena but ending said Helena and others stayed alive.

Yes, I am.  I transferred a save file from Newgrounds over to Sinister Design.  I was unable to get Dorgon that game because I had already passed him up, so I finished that game.  The next game, I got Dorgon and experienced the issues that I mentioned above.
(However, I am not complaining.  He has 7 speed, and his attack only costs 2 PsP.)

Dorgon is only at SD-version so if you want Dorgon's full abilities you need to start from scratch on SD-version.

It looks like bug since Anya's and Guy's leaving if chooses Shadowlings side is scripted.

Maybe I have a bug, or am missing something.  I have Dorgon up to level 23 psy power.  He has only one attack, and the symbol for it looks like mind blast.  When I use it, the screen reads, Dorgon deals __ damage with mind blast.  However, the attack is the laser beam thing.  Is this a bug?

Are you re-playing savegame from some other version than Sinisterdesign.net-version? I got same thing when I used old save for replaying.

Jack's Recover isn't exactly attack, its self-heal.
