Maybe it is because I don't reopen empty chests often, but I prefer the more realistic approach.  One can't know a chest is empty until one looks.

Since it possible for Duvalier to get addicted to drugs, I don't think it would be crossing the line to have him become intoxicated from drinking too much.  As we all know, alcohol impairs mental abilities.  It would be somewhat comical to see how alcohol effects one who uses telepathy and telekinesis.  Like having withdraw from Heroish, the Hero should lose mental control and speed (balance).


I also think Duvalier should be able to buy and drink beer in the Barracks.

1) A possible place to train (maybe do a mission before this is allowed), should also be one at psy academy.
While I do think the Hero's team should be able to train in the desert headquarters with the rest of the Resistance, I don't see the point in having a trainer in the psy academy or Somnus.

2) Have something like Malignus, where if you reach a certain level in psy power (maybe around 45-60), your allowed to meet him and replay battles you have already played. Though unlike telepath rpg 2, you should make it so that you can only replay battles you have beaten before.
In TRPG2, I found that it corny that Malignus allowed the Hero to replay battles of the past.

3) A mini telepath rpg arena involving the best shadowlings competing and maybe a orb as an award if you win. (maybe also one for psy academy or other areas)
Arena battles sound like a lazy method for game makers to add more battles/levels without expanding the story or setting.

4) A place that allows you to telepathically through your mind to go through battles that were fought in telepath rpg 2. The purpose of this is allow a unique way for the characters to understand what happened to the queen. I don't if this will interfere with the current story because I think yawah might be the main character from rpg 2.
I prefer to play TPRG2 battles in TRPG2, and playing TSoG battles in TSoG. Stick with new battles.

5) Hidden Treasure Chests.
Hidden Teasure Chest are always fun.  They are more fun when they are a challenge to find or open.

6) 'Grandfather' Gamblin Jack who will psy duel you.
I think Jack is dead by now.  Also, why would Jack still be in Somnus after the Shadow War?  Personally, I don't care for the card games.

Can you have a character like the Librarian, the Nameless One, or Rahel give a hint about the Old Alphabet?  In most fiction with ancient languages, the symbols don't actually mean anything, so I didn't think to decipher the Old Alphabet into the English Alphabet.  Before reading a walkthrough, I thought the Old Language was plot-driving, game mechanic instead of a puzzle to be solved.

*Ravinale Elites never seem to use Spear Throw.  They tend to Impale their own allies instead of spear throwing over them.
*The Abolitionist fight for the Ravinale Guard.
*Sometimes Set disappears and the game freezes after Set use Solid State Shield.
*I can't get the quality to change.
*The walking lady in East Ravinale won't talk to me.

Giant Mantises are carnivorous, and Tig plants are inedible to Wood Folk. As such, Tigs have no need for defenses against them, and have adapted to conserve spores when they pass by. Other, less familiar creatures will still trigger a release, however.
Why don't the Mantises attack the Folk-of-the-Woods?

Spore Cloud is physical. Now that I look in the code, though, it looks like I somehow neglected to assign it an element! That'll be fixed in a moment.
That is kinda funny, since I been wondering what element the attack was since TPA2.

Do you plan on filling up all of Duvalier's empty attack slots?

It is one of those high fantasies that tries to imitate Lord of the Rings.  While the stories are good, they lack the underling themes and the dark atmosphere of Tolkien's trilogy.

I may be wrong, but I think the character health will go above 99 when Set uses Static Shield.

While I was annoyed in TPA2 that the Hero's health maxed out at 99, I don't really see myself having that issue in TSoG with the current supply of missions.  Without gold farming, I could possibly see my Hero maxing out his health if I use a blood orb and I never upgrade Aptitude and Personality.

This is how I can tell you have been gold farming and overpowering your units:
*You can only tell the difference between difficulties in the ealier missions that don't allow you to spend gold on training your team.
*You can kill all your enemies and heal all your teammates in 2 shots.
*Your characters hp/psp hits 99.
