Arman leveling

Arman's stab skill was level one with exp in the high 90s, but after a couple battles was level one with exp 12.  Seems not to have leveled up?

Arman's stab skills starts at level 0 with 0 exp, its likely it was 0 with 90s.

If your sure it wasn't at level zero, move this to TSoG Buglist.
