Well, you could guide bullets, and such, I suppose.
Already been done. Sorry, I can see you guys are trying, but I don't have anything either.

I'll have a try at reviving this. Two more ideas:

1. Cera Bella is falling apart, and an all-out war is breaking out.
2. The modern world clashes with Cera Bella.

I actually have a formed storyline for no. 2.
