Seeing the old teammates from TRPG2 was one of the most popular wishes, so these are the characters from TRPG2 in TSoG:

Huh, I am kind of disappointed that Niven doesn't make an appearance, he was one of my favorite characters. What does the end text say for him, again?

I'm also kind of surprised that we don't see Grotius even mentioned. Didn't he become a leader of spriggats or something?

Grotius went on to teach cryokinetics at the Academy, if memory serves.

And Niven performs at the Barracks on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  But that is besides the point.  Grotius and Niven were not shown in TSoG.

I was simply helping Chocobo out a bit.

As to what's actually in TSoG, I'm sad to say, I'm not aware of what's been added since the last time the online demo was updated, a long long time ago.
