Griffin Interview

The Telepath RPG: Servants of God character Griffin is voiced by Ray Proctor, a professional actor with a PhD in Shakespearean studies. A couple of days ago, I got the chance to sit down and talk with him at length about Griffin. Ray had some fascinating insights to offer about how Griffin sees himself, his relationship with other characters, and what The Gift is all about. Here’s the interview:

In case you missed them, here are the other character interviews I’ve done so far:

Arman Interview
Malis Interview
Rahel Interview

Gah, I was completely unprepared for that megaton spoiler there. O_O You might want to put up a spoiler warning.

Hm? Everything we discussed is stuff that happens within the first mission or two. When we talk about Rahel dying, we’re just talking about the player letting her die in combat, as you can do with any of the characters.

  • Chocobo_Fan

Oh, I see. My mistake, then. That’s a pretty nice touch, actually; I’ll have to replay the first mission and see how that plays out.

Great interview. I’m pretty excited to hear how the voice acting plays out.

I just have to say, I’m getting really excited for the release of this game. I rememberu00a0beating Chapter 2 back in 2007 when I was still in school and hoping that there might be a sequel. It hasn’t always been easy waiting for the next installment (I’m pretty sure I’ve played at least three different versions of the demo since that time…), but I know that whenever you guys complete it, it’ll be great. Keep up the good work! 🙂
