I was in a situation where there are 2 surviving enemies. One of them has good items (let's call him A), the other one has nothing (let's call him B). I want A's loot.
I kill B first, before realizing that means I can no longer get A's loot. The moment I kill A, the battle ends and I can't pick up his stuff.
I think its weird to penalize for that, and I propose this fix. Upon killing the last enemy (A), the player should be given a choice to allow their remaining troops to take actions, or end the fight immediately. Perhaps there should be a popup asking "End battle, or allow remaining characters to take a turn?"
For example, if my army is W, X, Y, and Z, and I use W and X to kill A, if Y and Z are in position, I think they should be able to use their turn to either rest and recover the +5 focus, or move and grab A's loot.
