I'm about to choose the element - fire, ice, light, shadow - of my hero's abilities, but since I don't know the resistances and vulnerabilities on the game, and think I can't change it later, I would like to ask which element do you think it is most useful?
I dislike the Pyrokinetic area attack Pyro Hail, but maybe that's just me. Shadow and Ice are my favourites. At the moment, since we haven't encountered any Shadowlings, Red Spriggats, or anything else that has Dark, Fire or Light elemental attacks, Cold resistance is the most useful, although this is hopefully going to change later on.

Always go with light or cold.
uh, save in a slot you don't use in case you want to change it.

Thats how I came to love light. I tested all four.
Shadow. Cheaper Shadow Blast. Really cool Dark Vortex :-* :-* :-*
Very few people are resistant to light...
Yeah but shadow is cheaper by way of Psi points.
I have over 100 psy no need for me.
99 is the in game cap.
It is extraordinarily unlikely you bypassed that
it is thats really weird
Hmmm... but Health has no such cap...
Serious? Craig may have removed the cap...
With Static Shield I can have health up to... whatever I want. I was once playing a battle with a bottleneck, where Set used Solid State Shield as a stopper, and Static Shielded it. Then he Static Shielded me up to 200 health or so. Luca Juxtaposed me over the Shield when there wasn't an enemy there, and once I was over, I used Light Blast when the enemies were in the right place, and Mind Blast when they weren't. They were beaten. On reflection, I realize I could have done the same effect with Luca juxtaposing the enemies over one by one to be slaughtered, but the first way was more fun.
