I have created my own new religion.
I call it, Charliesheenism. I have even started on the new holy book!
[Coke 1:1] Then Charlie said: I'm winning.
Any one want to convert to my new religon?:D
[Coke 3:1]I'm on a drug, called Charlie Sheen!
Cypher, thats the spirit!
I'm confused. This looks like a forum game, but the category says "Politics".
No forum game intended. Im just spreading the good word of God our lord charlie sheen! ;)
Politics: the process by which groups of people make collective decisions.
Charliesheenism: a process by which several individuals make self-interested choices, and, in general, eff up the lives of others and themselves.
Sorry, but I don't think the latter belongs in a board dedicated to the former.
I concur. I also find this religion offensive to me and my ways of deism. God(s) do NOT take part in our mortal way of life.
The Ancient Greeks would beg to differ, but I hear that coming from a modern-day monotheist.

Well Duck, when the most popular thread in this subforum is "Post your theological argument here" I think its safe to say religion and spirituality is a major part of this forum. Even in the most sarcastic of forms.
Please punctuate properly.
This is not an actual religion.
Please ask a moderator to move this to Forum Games or General Discussion, where it belongs.
You are mocking religion, so it is offensive to say this is a legitimate topic and not a forum game.

And if I were seriously to convert to my own made up religion?

And if pigs could actually fly? Sinse pigs can't fly and your not going to convert to your made up religion, you are still being offensive to actual religious beliefs.
Says the atheist.
If he is, indeed, an atheist, then yes. What you're doing right now, however, is ad hominem, where you attack the speaker rather than his points. That is both morally incorrect and poor debating practice.

relevant to this thread:
I do agree that this thread has been misplaced. As there is no game involved the only place for this to go would be general discussion.
I agree that this thread isn't discussing anything in the political sense (as other threads about religion in the politics section). So I moved it to the general discussion.
And to avoid misinterpretation about it's contents, I added "[humor]" to the title.
Quote from: Game Crazy Kid on July 02, 2011, 11:45:43 PMSays the atheist.
When have I ever said that I am an atheist?

What he was doing, is the equivalent of calling a racist joke, pertaining to a race other than his. Offensive, to himself.
Do you write in Bosnian, and then feed it through Google Translate, and paste the results here?
Your sentence's structure looks like "noun, predicate, adverb. adjective, adverb." when it should be "noun predicate adverb." I wouldn't know what to do with that meaningless fragment over on the right. And what is "calling a joke"?
Are you saying that SmartyPants is a racist atheist?
Edit: sorry. I was being spiteful. Please do your best to use proper grammar; not doing so is terribly unfashionable.
I agree that the post by Game Crazy Kid isn't very clear, but you don't need to be so harsh.
If nobody else wants to post here something humorous defending CharlieSheenism, I think it might be better to lock this thread before it goes downhill.
Im still trying to figure out what to call the holy book.
I mean, Christians have a bible
Islamics have a Qur'an
Charliesheenists have a......?
Wine chart?
Christians look to their Bible in hard times.
Muslims seek consolation for loss in the Qu'ran.
Charlie Sheen reads the wine chart when life is too much for him!

Let's not forget the other side of the spectrum.
"Christians look to their Bible in hard times.
Muslims seek consolation for loss in the Qu'ran
Atheists manage to find peace in the fact that they're just worm food anyway."
I think Charlilesheenists' holy book is actually this
[spoiler](http://feeds.yourstorewizards.com/2099/images/250x1000/x-rated-drinks.jpg)[/spoiler]
Bug, that's what I mean when I say that you start these arguments.
Atheists realize that we're all eventually going to be worm food (or buzzard food) eventually, and that we ought suck it up, deal with our problems, and live for the present. Don't diminish what you don't understand. That said, I'm going to stop knocking religion in general, and continue knocking orgainized religion, which I have a genuine opposition to. Argument over and out, please.
Yeah, buggy, that was really uncalled for.
ANYWAYS!
Do you think Charlie Sheen uses Sheen air freshener?

Indeed.

Goodness, no! What good is an air freshener when the only smells in the land of Charlie Sheen are that of Vodka and Bourbon?
what, not even a reference to my glorious picture?

I tend never to click spoilers. Makes me feel nosy.
It's not the picture of the book that should be worshipped but it's (alcohol) content.

I have a confession.
Im not a true charliesheenist. I only do coke in the form of Coca Cola.. :(
Good. We were about to sign you up for CharieSheenists Anonymous.
I find it strange that any 'Anonymous' meeting would have you stand up and tell everyone your name.
Your first name.

Again, when did I every say that I was an atheist? I also feel like I am allowed to be offended by racist jokes, because I don't like anyone stereotyping or mocking my friends.
I don't think you ever have. But Game Crazy Kid did, eh?
Oh might I intrude to convert.
Smarty is right about this being a game but has no right to testify a person imagined religion. Might I add that as smart as you and others claim you have no legitimate proof so please calm this so called dispute.
And mind you of the title My New Religion [humor] humor Mr. SmartyPants {geeze what a coincidence the name with Mr. before it even made me laugh a little.) Also I know this is a late post for its events but feel the need to post it.
