Character that changes with the players actions a decisions. New creatures from across the sea that invade Cera Bella/ the character is a new creature from across the sea invading Cera Bella.

I think nameless wants this to be used to discuss things that it is too late to change in TSoG that people want to see in the next game.
Exactly, like big changes to game mechanics (not the faction) or a different plot structure, something that is set in stone but would be cool for the next.

The plot should diverge so that there are multiple paths that are decided based on decisions you make.

Maybe there's a chance that attacks can be dodged.
Craig doesnt like die rolls. But maybe it could be an ability for like an assasin. When it's used, you dodge the next attack.
