(Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think for multiple names you invert the given name and surname of only the first person listed, and keep the normal order of others, so it would be Garfunkel, Art and Paul Simon. It's mostly because the last name is put first for reference and cataloguing purposes, but after the first name present, it doesn't really matter too much whether subsequent artists or authors are inverted. The more ya know, eh?)
