Title: 2 Options....
Post by: Deagonx on July 07, 2011, 05:21:16 AM
I have a question for all you fellas.

Would you rather have:

1. A never ending jar of Nutella

or

2. One extra year of living

Depends. Good quality Nutella? Cause cheap nutella sucks.
And, a year in your prime, or a year tacked on to the end of your life? I value a year now more than I will when age limits my options.

One extra year. Obvious choice.

You don't like nutella Duckling?

And, Mikew. It would mean letting you live 1 extra year tacked on to the end.

Well, then the benefit of this depends largely on how healthy you were already, and what you were doing with your life through its course. For example, were you a fat couch potato that didn't move for weeks on end, and had no children, then the extra year of life would be pointless. Now, if you were a healthy, successful, or semi-successful, businessman or businesswoman who had a family with kids, then that year would be invaluable.

Now, of course, everyone wants to live longer, but a year won't make that big a difference, especially with no life (Wife, children, friends, etc.). It just all depends on how important that year is to you, and how long you've been alive already. Personally, I have big plans and a long time, so I'd choose the extra year, and why not? Because I don't intend on doing nothing with myself.

Plus, wouldn't a fat couch potato prefer the infinite nutella anyway? :-[

I can't like something I've never tried. One year, please.

You can't say someone is crazy just because they disagree with you.

For a person who has big plans like me, and is rather healthy, the extra year.

Yum. Sugar, oil, a small amount of hazelnut, more oils, soy, and artificial vanillin.

The reason it tastes so good is the high concentration of sugar, in that there is more sugar than any other ingredient.

Why must you turn everything into an argument?

Why must you put down others' claims, and then call them crazy?

I chose to defend my point of view, along with my sanity. In doing so, I insist that Nutella only tastes good because of all the sugar in it.

This doesn't have to be an argument; I merely state the facts. If you wish to make it as such, so be it.

I still take the year.

Someone doesn't understand that sarcasm is difficult to send over the Internet.

Now let's get back on topic.

My good man mind you the list of ingredients are often and nearly always listed in order of amount. In that case if sugar is 1st you know its good.

I know your just pointing it out so please do take this message less hostilely. As i fear it might but doubt it.

If you had the never ending supply of nutella, you could sell loads of it dirt cheap and make a fortune which you can use on medical enhancements like a better heart or something, therefore, giving you the nutella AND the extra year of life.

I'm sorry for assuming that this was one of those things where you're not supposed to think outside of the box like that. If that were the case, I'd donate proceeds from Nutella resales to charity.
