STOP! I know you are think how dumb this idea is because you dont actually get a decent look at any of the characters but i do not mean just different outfits that all they do is look diffrent that is part of it but they could also give diffrent stats like +2 Psy points or +5 Health or +1 speed (i think thats what they call the the stat for how far you can move every turn) ect. ect. and they also could give special abilities like shadowport so you could get something like this for the hero

Abilities: Shadowport
Description: A robe made is sommus for Humans that have The Gift to allow them to use the ability Shadowport a useful ability that some Shadowlings use to teleport short distances, it is also as light as a shadow allowing one more freedom of movement

i dont know weather you would want to have abilities and stats on them so thats why i had three and i dunno if the example is balanced and whatnot so its just that an example

cool idea though definitly increase the glares health i deal that much damage when i sneeze XD

hmm well how about extra training depending elements like have training for shadow and cyro at sommus and training for light and pyro at psy acadamy (i dont know if there are any plans for psy acadamy allready so this many not work) not to say the nameless one won't be teaching you but maybe some special skill that you have to do some task or fight or something for like for shadow you have to 1V1 a shadow spigrat and for cyro 1V1 a ice spigrat (they would have to be just as good as eachother obviusly) and for the psy acadamy ones (light and pyro as mentioned above) fight a black cape specializeing in light or pyro depending what your training and this would have to be like an "uber" skill or something but definitly something really nice to get
