Leaving the room doesn't fix it.  Only saving/loading. Leaving the room will update my health/psy points from power and defense that I purchased, but not the ones from leveling up.  I didn't try going to the map or getting into a battle, so I don't know if those fix it or not.

If I choose Power or Defense when the hero levels up (this is the free level up point, not the normal points you buy), the associated stats do not change (health and psy points).  If I save and load the game, then it fixes itself.

Yes.  I'm on the Mac, and the version I have was downloaded on August 17.  I've only ever had the Spriggat following me thing happen once.

I had a strange feeling I was being followed...

Somehow part of a red spriggat was visible in the upper-left corner while walking around town.  It was animated too!  I had been playing a lot of Psy Duel.  When I restarted the game, it went away.

No source code or assembly was created or harmed in the filming of this cheating production.

Not sure if this is a bug or the way it's supposed to be, but in Crypt 3 there is a lever that doesn't operate properly from range (using your mind).  The lever in the room to the right of the second riddle door works if you walk up to it and pull it, but if you pull it from a distance with psy, it will pull the lever, but then it pulls it right back again.  So you see the lever move, get the text for pulling it, then it moves back and you get the other text.  Here's a screenshot of the lever in question:

Deagonx, there is a bracketed tax rate currently in the US.  Basically, the more you make, the more your tax percentage is; so it increases not only just the dollar amount but also the rate as you earn more money.  There are currently 6 different tax rate brackets.

At least, that is how it theoretically works.  However, there are also a bunch of deductions and exemptions that you can take, and wealthy people are in a better position to take advantage of some of those (for example, there is a mortgage interest and property tax deduction - you don't get either if you don't own your house).

Also, long term capital gains are taxed at only 15%, which is equivalent to the second-lowest income tax bracket (those making $8376-$34000 when single for 2010).  So, most wealthy people will earn money in the financial markets, which is largely through capital gains.  As long as they hold onto the stocks long enough to make it a long term capital gain, the tax rate is lower than most middle-class tax rates.

So, yes, the wealthy typically would pay more in flat dollar amounts.  Percentage-wise, they would appear to be taxed at a higher percent as well, but that can be dramatically lowered depending on the source of income.

Democrats want to spend money on social programs.
Republicans want to spend money on the military.
(Yes, I realize both parties are about more than just the military and/or social programs.)

Both social programs and the military have their benefits, however neither party has figured out that as long as we keep spending more money than we have, we dig ourselves deeper into a hole.  I think the main difference is that each party has its own different sacred cows that cannot be touched that they use to polarize and divide the country.

If you really think that either party wants to enact all the things they use as divisive issues, look at the past ten years.  During that time both parties have had a chance at control of both houses of Congress and the Presidency together.  Did the republicans drastically reduce spending?  No, it increased.  Did the democrats increase taxes like they talk about now?  No, they continued several tax breaks and started new ones.  Think about that for a minute; where are the big changes each party is constantly crowing about when they had the chance?

This country was built by men with differing political opinions, but I think that we have gotten so used to every issue "only" having two sides that we are more worried about defining what drives us apart (democrat/republican) than we are worried about coming together in compromise as our founding fathers did to actually solve this country's problems.

When Arman is delaying the guards during the rescue of your parents, I found a spot where you can go and the guards will not move.  I just have to move Arman here and wait out the battle.  I am playing on brutal difficulty.  I'm attaching a screenshot of the position that does this.

In crypt 3 at the door that says "Talk back to me", if I click on "Leave it alone", the text entry box goes away, but the dialog doesn't end.  I still have two choices, "Say something" (but without the text entry box) and "Leave it alone".  Clicking on either one does nothing.  At that point, I can't end the dialog and have to quit the game and reload.

I've got another one in Psy Duel.  I've only been able to make it happen twice, but there is a rare chance to cause a glitch by clicking on your card before they are done being dealt at the start of the game.  Both times I've caused it by clicking on a merchant or smuggler card that was flipped over before the rest of the cards were flipped.  What happens is somehow your psy points, silver coins, and gold coins aren't initialized properly and instead have Not a Number values (NaN).  The game treats these like you have an infinite supply, so you can play all your cards the first turn if you can make it happen.  I'm attaching a screenshot.  If you posted a new version yesterday, I have not yet downloaded it.

I cheated by using my psychic powers.  I had to train up my skill a bit first.

In the Psy Duel card game, I found a bug where enemy minions will stay alive with zero or -1 health.

1. Use Cryo Blast, Dark Vortex, or one of your minions to kill an enemy minion.
2. Click on the Done button before the animation is finished; the minion will not die.  It will still be able to attack you and be a target for Fury.

However, it seems that the enemy will be removed if either you or your opponent plays another Cryo Blast or Dark Vortex.  It will also be removed if you kill a different enemy minion with your minions, but not if you just hurt the different minion.

So there's probably some code checking for minion death that gets skipped when you click the Done button.

The azure orb comes from that fight, so while it would allow you to complete the challenge, the only way to get it is to complete the challenge first.  I guess you could hire one flying person to do the challenge once and then do it again solo, but that sort of defeats the point.

As far as the last boss goes, it wasn't actually very hard by the time I got there.  Since you can keep pumping all your money into just the hero, you get some very nice stats.  Using light bomb helped deal damage while keeping me away from the enemies.  My light bombs were doing 99 damage, so the first two turns knocked out everyone except the two healers (Ravinale Protectors), the Elder Tig, and Zem.  Next turn use feedback to heal up and kill one healer.  Next turn light bomb kills the other healer.  Then you just keep light bombing the crap out of Zem.  I think this would be harder with any other element as you would have to get much closer to the enemies.  I used the green and yellow orbs for increased speed (very important) and psy regen.  I also had the golden orb equipped, but it didn't seem to do much for me; I guess it only regenerates health when you rest, which isn't often in the boss fight.  For resistance, use either the black orb to make the fight before the boss a lot easier or crystal to make the boss easier.

Honestly, the hardest encounters were league 1 teams 3 and 4.  At that point in the game you don't have any orbs, your health is low, and your attacks are weak.  It took a lot of repeating the first couple of stages to earn money, then buy vengeance, then level vengeance to heal enough to make a difference.  You also need enough health to take several hits.  I think I did it with 32 or 34 health.  I had leveled vengeance to return somewhere around 20 damage.  It was also helpful to have mind blast + a full vengeance to be able to kill one of the bandit raiders (31 health on brutal).

In combat, with the GUI moved to the left side (either upper-left or lower-left) by pressing M, I don't see any combat text.  (i.e. "Bob deals X damage with Mind Blast").  I see the text with the GUI on the right side (upper and lower).
