I took 40 turns on the armory acolyte battle [spoiler]in an attempt to trigger D'Kah.[/spoiler] When I hit continue on the first text box to show up after the fight, I got a black screen with music but no further prompts. There was no way to get around it aside from exiting out.

Edit: Happened again at only 18.

This kinda confirms what I figured--Obama is not expecting it to pass and basically doing it to help himself in 2012. "Look, I wanted to give people jobs but the Republicans blocked me."

It sounds possible to me. It might just take a little more concentration or practice.

I'm not sure if the economy is bad enough for the Carter factor to come into play. Remember that outside of him and H.W. Bush, every president since 1980 has one re-election when they ran for it.

None of these candidates are the next Reagan for sure. Romney didn't do well in 2008 and he won't win for the same reasons he didn't then. Bachmann might not be as crazy as the media likes to paint her but she's still inexperienced and has some extreme positions. And Perry has to deal with being another Texas governor. While I like him much better than Bush it's an unfortunate association.

Granted, Obama is much less popular than he was a few years ago. Burt will any of these three be able to capture independents? I don't know about that.

I don't see any of the Republican candidates beating Obama head-to-head. As previously stated, the incumbent is at a big advantage.

This is... intriguing. I have no idea how to trigger it, since you only get one choice during the mission. I've been trying to get important team members killed to see if that has anything to do with it. Going into the last battle with most of them dead did nothing...

Whenever you say you've got a new version up, the download link just has me re-install version 1.8. Is there something I'm missing?

I've also noticed Qudssi failing to melee counter. Also, this might be an old one, but if you click the menu when perusing the Trainer, you'll get his exit dialogue but with Duvalier for both portraits.

Yeah. The Queen is easier to beat over the Dean, despite there being twice as many battles to survive.

If I ever attack the Academy, the enclosed spaces are what kill me. My whole team was wiped out by Light Bombs and I only managed to beat the Dean one-on-one.

(By the way, I'm not biased at all, but I hear he's a pretty awesome dude).

Yeah--there's only so much you can say about a game when it's not out yet.

There was most likely a "left hand doesn't know what the right one is doing" scenario. The president might not have known, but some of those in the ISI did.

Or that's what I think. Incompetence rather than intentional.
