You have a superpower, you can either be a her or a villain, this is like an RP but less structured, you can develop your charachter as you go.

Cat Shadow

Time stop, and can move within stopped time.

Villen

The story takes place in rural Nebraska, a welcome change from metropolis and Gotham.

Can inhabit the body of another for undefined amounts of time.

Villain
Perfers to inhabit a dog when in hiding.

Well affecting heroes in any major way is out of the question, but you can be a mercenary

Mild-mannered Mike Myers was walking around in the U.S. senate during Halloween, as that's where his sister was, and suddenly, he found all people that said stupid things... well, stupid. Then, he was bitten by a heroin druggy who had recieved too many X-rays, giving him the power to persuade ANYONE that they were in the wrong, and creativity of a druggy to do it.

Mutator.

Can change form, even into inanimate objects, though that can only be maintained temporarily. Can maintain organic form indefinitely. Can also read/absorb the thoughts of people (this affects those with powers). The power isn't an illusion; he really can shapeshift.

Mercenary.

Small note: It is possible to to force my character to reveal his form (6 foot, black hair, grey eyes and pale skin), but I won't tell you how.

You can only imitate the body I am possessing at the moment though. In truth, I am a spectral wraith-like parasite. If there is an open wound, I can slip in and control you, powers or no powers. But I only do things for cash.
