It keeps going forward but I can speed it up or slow it down ormove it to a full stop, and still walk normally, but everyone else is in the same time just obeying it.

Well ok that makes sense, the more I change time the more I become tired, except in no time, there everything is harder than diamond because it is in a single instant.

If you can move, while manipulating time so that no one else is moving, then in their reference frame, you are traveling faster than light, thus actually making your mass imaginary, and violating causality, unless of course people treat you as an anti-cat, made purely of energy-reversed matter. Hmm... damn your power's cool.

You could, while time-stopping, throw tufts of fuzz at stuff to deteriorate it, negating the mass-energy of the substance. But you wouldn't be able to open doors, as your paws would fall off. Can you fly whilst in time-stop?

Think about it, energy can transfer faster than light, when I exceed that speed all matter in my body ceases to exist then when I slow down my energy causes atoms to recompound and reform my body.
