Often used to refer to BARELY dodging something (such as a blow). However, since you are usually occupied actually dodging, this phrase is seldom used, save for exaggeration.

Topic: Terrible Grammar. Namely, Namelesskitty and Pruneman's terrible grammar.

I'm not sure about namelesskitty, but Pruneman is ten years old. That's probably why he has such terrible grammar. It's true, he's ten, check his profile.

Gary the Snail is some character from SpongeBob.  His name is supposed to be capitalized, pruneman forgot.

That addiction probably is what leads us to believe that he just came here to spam. Even though he uses emoticons and caps locks, he doesn't use proper grammar.
