Visual Quality

Maybe I am just dumb or something but I can not for the life of me figure out how to change the visual quality on TSoG  :( I would like to lower the visual quality if it's possible so that the game runs more smoothly. So if someone could let me know how to change the visual quality that would be great. Thanks  :)

Unfortunately, AIR doesn't allow the player to change visual quality; the best way to improve performance in TSoG is to turn off Level Shadows.
