book of power bugs

It seems the game lets you use book of power on characters who are already promoted at level 20, but nothing happens.

Furthermore, I tried using book of power on my spirit character (under level 20) at base camp, and the dialogue opened, but afterwards nothing happened after I clicked confirm.

Thanks for the report! Characters will lose the ability to use books of power upon promoting going forward.
