Suggestion: undeployed characters to do something in the day

With the troop deployment limits, some of the characters will be unassigned during the tournament battles. It seems like they twiddle their thumbs and do nothing.

I feel like they should be able to do something during the day, perhaps some of the other activities in the day menu such as do labor or go to training, or do something similar to the night activity, like work on a hobby, clean up camp, rest up, or socialize with others. Or maybe they could cheer on the deployed characters and give them a slight moral boost.

And during the storyline missions involving the assassination attempt, perhaps they should be able to reinforce you in the middle of the fight by being able to be spawned in on available spawn tiles, similar to how the enemy gets reinforcements?

Hey seedship! That's exactly why there are options to send characters away on jobs, training, or to the infirmary. You just have to plan ahead a bit and send them away proactively. :)
