Begun in December 2006, Sinister Design is an indie game design studio in Chicago focused on creating unique and engaging role-playing and strategy games. Sinister Design’s most well-known and popular work is undoubtedly Telepath RPG, a strategy RPG series set in the steampunk world of Cera Bella.

Sinister Design is currently a bit of a one-man army, with founder Craig Stern working as game designer, writer, programmer, and artist/animator. He writes the music for Sinister Design games under the pseudonym Tomfoolio.

Various visual artists have volunteered their talents to Sinister Design games, and are credited individually within each game.
