Actually, you have more options at your disposal than just credit cards and parental nagging. I have learned that BMT Micro accepts payment via all of the following methods:

• Cash
• PayPal™
• VISA/MC Debit Cards from USA banks

Yes, you read that right–you can apparently pay for TSoG with cash.

This kind of blew my mind when I first read it. Here is what BMT Micro (the service I’ll be selling the pre-order through) has to say for themselves:

We do not recommend sending cash or currency in the mail. If you do choose this method, we will only be responsible for delivery if the mail, containing your registration and cash, requires a signature upon receipt by a BMT Micro employee.

Interesting, no? I’m not entirely sure what they mean about the mail requiring a signature. Would-be cash-payers should probably inquire about that with BMT Micro.
