I simply stop and go to the hill. I take the hill to my house up in Canada. I then make another hill in place of the old hill. I go back up to my house in Canada and take some of the maple syrup I got during the maple syrup festival and unfreeze time. The hill looks like the old one so much you think that you still have the real hill.

Your neuralizer doesn't work, and cypher still has the hill. I hire a Sith to steal the hill/Hill back and fry up some canadian bacon with a wave of Force Lightning. Then an Otyugh eats it and has stats of 30/42.
